    NSAC did catch fernando vargas.

Marion Jones was only caught after 5 years and it took a victor conte accusation as well as the supposedly useless urine test to do so.

Again, why was mayweather not interested in cleaning up the sport after shane mosley/fernando vargas etc were caught and admitted to using peds?

jcpryor you saw that right off the bat. and richard schafer does the negotiating for floyd when it comes to bob arum. because bob and floyd hate each other. but when you point out facts to some pac fans they change their stance.

Better question is: Why would Greenburg lie? He's wasnt loyal to either camp. His only interest was trying to get the fight made, but as he stated, "You're going to have to ask Floyd why the fight didnt happen"

why does it matter when the movement was started to clean up boxing? shane and victor had no problem submitting to ost. this is a sport where people try to hit each other with bad intentions. any one using PEDS to make a few millions should be banned from the sport forever. a man was just killed in the ring. do we really need to increase the odds of more injury from punches? and if it were pac asking for the ost, pac fans would be all over floyd for not taking the ost. and i would be too. as im a true fan of the sport and not just of floyds.

Floyd can't deal directly with Arum, so you're saying that he instead sent Ross Greeenburg, the President of HBO, someone that has never negotiated on Floyd's behalf before, to do business with Bob Arum in order to put together not only the biggest fight of his career, but potentially the biggest pay day? You'd almost think he'd send Al Haymon or Leonard Ellerbe instead for negotiations of that magnitude. Sounds a little off to me.

                    Who said Floyd "sent" Ross?

Ross voluntarily stepped in to try and mediate.

shane and victor had no problem.....clottey,margarito,mosley and marquez also had no problem fighting pac without it...

Fact of the matter is, pac was willing to do unlimited blood/urine testing if the nsac was conducting it.

why does it matter when he started? because that completely nullifies his argument of cleaning up the sport. did he only just realize in december 2009 that the nsac standard test wasn't good enough for him?
