    Here comes the second negotiations...

Pac: okay, 14 days it is. Lets negotiate.

    After a few weeks

Dela Hoya: The negotiations is going well, they're closer to the fight now.

Floyd: hold on, there's no negotiations

Greenburg: You lying sack of ****, there was negotiations, i was conducting it!

Floyd: Uhhh... I don't have urge no more. I'm going to take a vacation. BTW, its full random drug testing. No more windows. If you're the best take the test.

Pac: Okay, ill take the test.

Floyd: If you're the best take the test

Pac: WTF, i'll take the test.

Floyd: If you're the best take the test.

toyman, you might think im splitting hairs when i point this out but, making a petition is not the same as making it into law. a petition simply means you are asking the NSAC to take a look changing its testing procedures. thats a big difference. and for all the pac fans to now say pac has always wanted the ost is just a HUGE stretch, well its more than a stretch its a flat out lie.and none of my info is irrelevant. its just not what you want to see. i always try to deal in fact and of course i post from my opinion. but some of this stuff is just flat out lies.

LOL at this attempt. again when did pac agree to USADA testing. arum on record said they wanted no part of USADA and when has greenburg EVER negotiated on floyds behalf? i dont doubt they were trying to get what could be the richest fight in history done. but it still dont mean floyd was a participant in those discussions. and greenburg never said floyd was involved. greenburg use to work for hbo.(he was employed by hbo at this time) why would floyd let greenburg talk for him and not Al Haymon? a little bit of thought can solve most problems.

          Lol

Mayweather was against making a petition to the NSAC.

          Pacquiao supported it.

Had the petition been made, Kizer said they would have been willing to accomodate it.

Are you trying to say the above is wrong? It was clearly spelled out in that interview.

In case that doesnt make enough sense: I know a petition is not the same as a law. But your assumption that mayweather rejected the petition on the grounds that he knew the NSAC would not accomodate it is wrong because Kizer just said they would.

Arum asked the WADA conduct the testing which falls under the USADA. Therefore the same organization will conduct testing.

Secondly, I never said Greenburg conducted negotiations on Floyd's behalf. It was reported that he acted as middle man between Floyd/Al Haymon and Bob Arum.

Can anyone educate me on when Ross Greenburg became Floyd Mayweather's negotiator before fights? Cuz I always thought he was just the President of HBO.

Who claimed that Ross was Floyd's negotiator?

Since Floyd claims he cant deal directly with Arum, Greenburg stepped in as a middle-man to relay messages back and forth between both camps.

Greenburg acted as a middle man? That doesn't seem a little off to you? Why didn't Haymon and Arum meet directly, as I'm sure most negotiations are conducted?

but arum didnt know that when he said " USADA is on floyds pay roll" and floyd always was on record as saying he never took part in the 2nd negotiations because there was no agreement on ost with no cut off. and it was never reported that floyd was involved. there was no doubt in my mind certain factions that wanted to get this fight made. and was trying to get deal on paper to take to floyd people. but the ost was always the problem. so to say manny wanted ost all along is just a lie. and thats the truth.
