What Floyd actually said was, he doesnt care which agency does it as long as blood is tested and its random!
and a few spies in camp pacquiao. Oh and pacquiao has to train in the US. Also Team Mayweather must know the whereabouts of Pacquiao 24/7. Oh and Pacquiao has to wear a clown costume while working the mits
