Some people can lose and rehydrate more fluid than others , comes down to muscle fiber type , body fat percentage , technique and genetics in which Manny being Asian heritage would help as they are a people that have genetic eons of being lean muscle mass .
Then you dont know if a fighter is weight drained until the fight begins its way more intricate than the numbers alone they dont tell the story , you should look at more than who is getting beat , you look at snap speed and power these are the areas that will be hit by weight draining , its pretty easy to spot the molasses and weakness in weight drained fighters , and then you have really weight drained like ODH and a little like Cotto , its all dynamic and no 2 deals are the same .
In other words kid weight and what you can make healthy is an individual thing .
You are too abstract in your think process because you dont know enough about the subject , your a hype guy , I can tell in what you write that you dont know **** about weight , how could you , your a Pac fanboy .Comment
