Mind you when the first bell rings, he instantly changes and becomes ultra cool! And just goes about his business.
How about the great Lennox Lewis for "MR COOL"on his ring entrances???...
- He always came to the ring with an expresionless face "ice cold", but had reggae music playing in the background!
As a MASSIVE Lennox Lewis fan, he took away MY nerves with his "Icy cool" walk to the ring.Comment

hmm
The most relaxed is probably Toney with ease in my mind.
Other notables would be Floyd, Hopkins (in his prime), Winky, etc. But Floyd had problems vs Castillo which means Toney wins this argument running away. The dude is the epitomy of calm.Comment

hmm
That's how I know you love me deep down.
Roy was pretty relaxed in some ways, because he was usually so much faster and 3 steps ahead of whoever he was fighting. But when I think of relaxed I think of someone sitting on the inside non-chalantly dipping and rolling and using movements that are fluid as opposed to QUICK bursts like what RJJ did.Comment

I agree with you, actually. I once killed a spider (come on, you're allowed to kill spiders, right?) by throwing a stone at it. Hell, the thing was scaring the **** out of me. But I missed and just took one of its legs off.
I look down and this ****ing spider leg is going ten the dozen by itself for about a minute, no lie! The spider's blood, reflexes, whatever, are pumping so strong that it's moving of its own accord.
And er... (wtf am I talking about?) .. that's kind of how I see Roy Jones. Tics and impulses operating slightly outside the normal time frame. Only when he started to come into line with everyone's else speed (still faster, but in comparative line) did he come unstuck.Comment
