Need help for workout plan

    don't try to get in shape before you start boxing. I read these kinds of questions 100 times per year on forums.

    I bet most of these people never even start.

    Just go down to the gym and begin. Even if you're a 400lbs obese fatty, you can still box. And your conditioning will skyrocket in no time.

    If you CANT get to a gym (no idea why, but i guess those situations do occur) then just focus on getting your cardio up to speed. This is best done using high intensity intervals. (again, if you're a fatty go swim or bike or something that doesn't **** up your knees)

    just do it.

            Take Harry's advice, just get in the gym, when you're not there high intensity intervals work wonders. Check out programs like crossfit (beginner programs are pretty good), hell even check out bodyrock.tv, female instructor but she puts out great workouts, uses less equipment than crossfit/P90X programs and, well, you get to watch her exercise

              Lol true i would get to watch her workout and thank you for your time and advice if you have anymore just post on my thread and ill definitly try your ideas out they seem really efficient and good so thanks alot.
