I have a couple rigid workouts and methods that I use. But my methods are serious and for warriors. So use at your own risk. Remember these are workouts without gear okay:

I lift cement blocks, do pushups with a cement block on my back, I do short situps while getting hit in the gut with a stick (ask your brother or someone to help you with that), put pillows beside my head (2 - 1 on each side) and get hit mildly for a couple of minutes (to prepare for punches to the head), hit the chin mildly with a stick, etc etc.

If you are interested or whatever let me know. Like I said it's kind of brutal workout regime but it borns warriors.

Wtf. Those are home made and developed strategies.. I never said they were right or recommended them. It's just techniques and workout I have designed and developed for me cautiosly over the years after studying and coming to my own conclusions. I am literally unbeatable and nothing hurts me though. Look at how monks train, my workout are inspired by them and other fighting arts.

Best way is to try and make it across the freeway with on-coming traffic. This increases agility x10
