why would Pac fight a guy who can't even sell more than 850k on mexico indepence day, on a card with nothing but the biggest mexicans in boxing and having the biggest promotion in boxing history?

Pac would get a mill fighting Bradley next and it would mean more for his legacy cuz Bradley is #1 at 140 and has 2 legit belts. Not no paper belt like floyd had to sucker punch to win from Ortiz

“Yes, he could be the next,” Pacquiao said.

TS and those Floydiots who tried to swarm in this thread to use it an opportunity to bash Pacquiao and accusing him of dodging may are all ******ed.

After the only real negotiations for the fight broke down in January 2010 (because Manny didn't agree to 14 days then), he signed to fight Clottey.

Margarito said that he talked to Arum and Top Rank in February 2010, and they guaranteed him he would fight Manny next in November 2010.

Mosley said he was guaranteed a fight with Pac when he talked to Top Rank October 2010, a month before Pac's fight with Cotto.

Marquez said he was guaranteed a fight with Pacman in April 2011, a month before Pac fought Mosley.

Here we go with Bradley now. I like the Bradley pick, Manny's first prime opponent since Solis.

How can Pacquiao fans say Floyd is ducking, when all he asked for was random testing up until fight day, which Pac has NEVER agreed to, at least according to Ariza and Koncz, 2 people in Pac's team that are close to him.

Also, if Floyd supposedly ducked Margarito in 2006 and Cotto in 2008 (even though he'd been calling Cotto out since 2006, and Top Rank said "Cotto isn't ready for Mayweather"), than Pac ducked a fight with Berto in 2010 and Ortiz in 2011 right???

Pac's next two fights with most likely be Bradley in May 2012 and Ortiz in November 2012

            Here is your answer:

            1) Only "real" negotiations:
            - Floyd and his team ACCUSES Manny of taking PEDs then asks for a fight. So what are the chances a fight takes place after that accusations? I'm surprised they got that close to an agreement!

            2) Before Margarito signs, Arum puts a deadline for Floyd to come to the table. HBO president agrees that some form of negotiations did take place BUT it appears that Floyd wasn't interested in Manny because he stated it himself on video that he was going to go on vacation.

            3) Due to Floyd's vacation, Manny fights Margarito.

            4) Due to Floyd's vacation, Manny takes on Mosley.

            5) Due to Floyd coming back and taking on Ortiz instead of trying to negotitate with Manny. Manny agrees to fight Marquez.

            6) Margarito went to Floyd BUT Floyd wanted no part of Margarito. That was clear. What was your question again?

            7) Yes, Floyd wanted a Cotto that was "not so ready". Just like fighting Ortiz, who still needed some more experience, rounds and fine tuning in the 147lbs division BUT Floyd didn't want to wait for that Ortiz. Just like Floyd fighting a Marquez at 146lbs and a Hatton at 147lbs.

            8) Berto and Ortiz: While Manny could have fought those 2, you need to realize that Berto was being laughed out as fighting the who is who of boxing until he fought Ortiz. Just go back on these forums and you will see what I mean. Berto had that "0" that looked attractive but that is it .... and that is who Ortiz beat .... again, Ortiz only fought 1 fight at 147lbs. He needed more fine tuning to fight at the "next" level of fighters. Remember that while people say Ortiz won impressively, Ortiz went down TWICE against Berto.

            9) If Manny fights Bradley and YOU LIKE THAT PICK then why question Manny as a ducker?

            10) If you are right about Manny vs Ortiz in 2012 then did he really duck Ortiz? If Ortiz continues to improve then Ortiz in November 2012 will be much more of a threat to Manny than the raw version that we saw against Floyd.

Dont be so ******, Mayweather is clearly a welter, whereas Pacquiao admits that he is a natural JWW and has to eat 6 meals a day including 3am/6am shakes just to remain within the welterweight division.

Pick your standards up off the floor you wally, Pacquiao had already fought at 147, so the catchweight demand for Cotto was a cowardly attempt to disadvantage him.

And it is an absolute joke that "padded" Pacquiao will fight for Sergio's title at 150, but will not fight Sergio at 150.

****** quote of the day in black font above. You say that Paq will fight Sergio for Sergio's title at 150, but will not fight Sergio at 150. Are there two different Sergio? He will fight at 150 but he will fight at 150? WTF? Yes, I know, it was a typo, just ****in with you. However, Sergio is calling out Paq, not the other way around. Roach said 154 was too big for Paq, he even said 150 was too big. If Chad Dawson called out Sergio at a limit of 170, such as Bhop already did, is Sergio ducking? No, idiot, he is not. In either case the smaller fighter would weigh less on fight night than their opponent did at the weigh in.
