Moncton, NB – October 5, 2011 – The Canadian Professional Boxing Council (CPBC) is pleased to announced the return of Canadian heavyweight championship boxing on April 25, 2012, at the Hyatt Hotel in Calgary, Alberta, when Ray Olubowale (8-5-1) of Toronto, Ontario, takes on Eric Martel Bahoeli (7-0-0) of Quebec City, Quebec. The undercard will include a four round contest between Peggy Maerz (0-2-1) of Calgary and Michelle Nelson (3-2-0) of Saskatoon in the super flyweight division. These contests are being promoted by Impact Boxing and Canaccord Genuity.
