and how do you think these guys become the mandatory? promoters/organizations can rig the rankings so you get an easy mandatory or so that a popular guy gets an undeserved title shot. the ibf needed a mandatory for their champ so they picked 2 random dudes. neither guy has ever done anything and that fight was a NC and they still made bailey the mandatory. they don't even follow their own corrupt rules. our champ needs an easy fight so bailey you are now the mandatory! cong****!
