    Not gonna' lie, I didn't read anything in your post past that part. He did beat many people though, his wife included.

      Mystyal, I have a listing of a bunch of amatuer fights of Tyson's which were compiled by a very good friend of Cus D'Amato, Reg Gutteridge, who also claims to be Tyson's very first biographer (who watched Tyson since the age of 14). And on that amateur record of Tyson's there were five losses in total that were listed;

      Dec. of 1982: Al Evans LRSC-3 (US Amateur Championships in Indianoplis)

      Mar. of 1983: Craig Payne LPts-3 (National Golden Gloves Championships in St.Louis)

      Nov. of 1983: Kimmuel Odum LDisq (US Amateur Championships in Colorado Springs)

      Jun. of 1984: Henry Tillman LPts-3 (US Olympic Trials in Fort Worth)

      Jul. of 1984: Henry Tillman LPts-3 (US Olympic Box-Offs in Las Vegas)

      Like I said, there's a total of five losses listed on it and there's also more than 24 amateur wins listed, as well...A quick count of the number of wins listed on here is 30.

              I'm pretty sure Rooney took over from Atlas in 1982, which would've meant he was in Tyson's corner for all five of those losses...You should ask him specifically about the Evans & Odum losses, though, just to jog his memory.

              And this isn't the first time I heard about or saw the Odum fight listed, as that loss used to be mentioned periodically in the boxing magazines back in the late 80's.

                  but if thats the case how come ppl didnt ever hype up those losses like they did the other 1's? they used to always talk about his three losses and I always see them in boxing websites
