Ya and Pac can make Maidana weigh in at 130 too.

Nope, not interested on this fight. Ortiz had his shot to be great but sold his credibility by taking a fall from Mayweather. Pacquiao and Mayweather should be the fight that should happen and nothing else. No more tune-ups for this two.

you got it the other way mate. it should be: "If Phloyd doesn't fight Pacquiao..."

and NO.. BIG NO.. phloyd can then say: "Pacquiao has been fighting my leftovers" and continue being a chicken idiot.

He shouldnt because Victors big and does have some skill. He can punch and hes strong.

He should because Victors just coming off of a loss, just fought Floyd Mayweather, and he can also dictate terms of the negotiation. I could easily see Manny trying to make Ortiz come in anywhere from 144 to 142 (since Manny is the best catch-weight champion of all time).

So I say make the fight. At least it will be fun listening to *******s try to justify it. Also it will be another common opponent for Manny to loose the ppv battle against Floyd.

Look man, Cotto and Margarito were also big and strong guys. And yet, this guy bashed their faces in bloody style. Ortiz will be more of the same, unless he finds a way out the fight before getting punished any further (i.e. headbutts). In no way, will Victor Ortiz beat Pac, unless it's through a miraculous lucky punch that miraculously floors him. But what's the likelihood of that?

In the Margarito fight, Margarito hit him with his best power shots and what happened? We saw Pac absorbing each blast and then doing the unthinkable... clapping for more! Clapping for more hard punches several times in a single round! Absorbing everything with joy and excitement, standing his ground like a cement statue. Something you rarely, if ever, see in boxing. In the Cotto fight, it was much of the same, he was just walking through the bigger guy's punches like it was nothing. =)

When was the last time a fighter got their eye fractured (damn near made him a blind man) in a championship bout? And you seriously think Ortiz will do what? =)

Why am I not surprised? I guess Floyd Mayweather's not blowing smoke when he says that all Manny wants to do is fight his leftovers. Let me see how Floyd does it, then I'll fight him. That's pathetic. A P4P king that fights losers. That's typical Pacquiao these days and it sucks.

WTF? Ortiz doesn't deserve a payday. He still owes his fans at least 6 rounds. And those 6 ain't gonna even happen if he fights Pac!
