The DA is not a boxing entity, whether he gets charged criminally or not is really meaningless.

They didn't want to go through with it and let the agency in charge handle the punishment considering he didn't actually assault Mosley.

Because they let him off the hook on criminal charges is not that meaningful and really is just you making an excuse for a guy you want to make excuses for.

For someone touting virtue, rule books and sportsmanship I find this very odd~

Dunno, I wasn't there. It is the report that the California DA's office put out. In the end the CSAC saw enough grounds to suspend him. I side more with the CSAC that any other element that has to do with this incident.
