I heard the only reason the UFC got the contract was because they heard a rumor NBC was going to sign which they werent, so Fox hurried a deal with the UFC.

Either way, you seriously think the UFC is going to be able to sign with time warner? I highly doubt it, and fox wouldnt like that.

No clue. I thought bringing this to the attention of the scribes here would get them to investigate. Rafael says it might happen, Pacquiao's publicist hinted at it, and so have a few other sources. I don't know anyone in the industry, but there are plenty of contributors on this site who do.

Either way, we should know soon since the NBA season was set to start late this month. So if there's no NBA, they need to find a replacement ASAP.
