If knocking down peasants triple my size in less than 6 second avg is skipping boxing.. Oookay sure.

I've known hundreds and hundreds of fighters through my time, never once have I heard of them training in ballat or cheerleading to help their game.

If I had asked Bill Miller what he thought of fighters using ballet as a training tool he would have laughed at me, he probably would have had me thrown out of the gym if I mentioned cheerleading..........Rockin'

in general peasants can't fight. And I would believe you to be exagerating when you say 3x your size. What, you're 150lbs fighting 450lb guys? I'm beginning to smell some bull**** here.

Oh yeah, if you guys did ever fight I gotta dollar on ghns1133............Rockin'

If James Toney didn't knock me out what makes you believe that you could?

My fighting days are done, suffered a stroke a couple of years ago and that ended it.

Yet still, even if you are boxing now, it would take years to build the kind of skill and timing that these world class fighters have. Yet you guys are so quick to degrade them.

Talk your trash, we'll most likely never see you in the ring with a world class fighter..........Rockin'
Trust me, I can hit everything in front and around of me boy. I'm fast as lightining, they called me light thunder at my gym because I was fast like light speed and thunderous like thunder.

How do you know my power is not superior to James Toney?? I've knocked down doors out of rage. When I'm focused I hit like a god.

And I'm sorry about the stroke man, god bless you and I wish you great health the best health for the rest of your life my brother.

Like I said this is not personal, just professional.

I know stuff like that would be great for your core strength.

My girlfriend is a dance teacher and she is as strong as an ox, lol. I have an Uncle who has a farm and he appraised her like a bull saying she was 'strong looking.' She was insulted.

But boxers do all manner of other crap that would help with that I'd imagine.

I've just never heard of a fighter doing ballat for training purposes.

With the run in the morning, gym work in the afternoon and possibly some weight training at night I just couldn't see it fitting into a fighters schedule .........Rockin'
