If this fight were at lightweight again, I would say this a 50/50 fight.
At Jr. Welterweight, it would be 60/40 in Pacquiaos favor.
But at Welterweight, it has to be like 90/10 in Pacquiaos favor.
I like Marquez but at this weight I just don't see him winning.Comment

Lol, rest assured, sir marquez, pacquiao has that same goal. . . .
this will be a competitive fight like the first two, but with pac's stamina from not having to cut weight will probably enable him to KO marquez
IF Pac KO's Marquez, it will be a HUGE accomplishment - nobody has stopped marquez. . . Floyd couldn't come close to doing it. . .
If Marquez KO's Pac, well then, he is even more BEASTLY than we all thought. . .
Look for a good, competitive, two-way action fight until around the 7th when pacquiao starts coming on strong, and the straight lefts start accumulating. . . Marquez gets stopped in the 9th. . . AS ALWAYS - U HEARD IT HERE FIRSTi mean damn...after 3 fights and 7 years...i would Hope he would be able to finally ko him....Comment

In 2 fights vs Juan Manuel Marquez, Manny Pacquiao landed a total of 148 punches in the first fight while throwing 639 punches.
In their 2nd fight Pacman threw 619 punches and only landed 157 punches.
Floyd Mayweather threw 493 punches and landed 290!. Mayweather almost landed double the amount of shots on Marquez in one fight than Pac did in 24 rounds.
The GAP in skill level is clearly apparent
Notice the superb technician JMM....
Notice how Marquez looks like a novice...
Manny Pacquiao in 2 fights and a total of 24 rounds threw 1258 punches. He ONLY landed 305 punches in 24 rounds.
Mayweather landed 290 punches in (1 fight) ONLY 15 less than Manny( in 2 fights) & he threw 765 less punches.Last edited by Cash Cow; 10-07-2011, 08:38 PM.Comment

I like watching JMM fighting and how he ruled the LW divisions, however, claiming he was robbed of winnings from his fights with Pac is just a dream, of course! His views that shared by many will forever confined as just their personal convictions, but the judges views that also shared by many is what mattered most because these what were written in boxing history. In regard to his goal of knocking out Pac, is so dubious! He have all the chance to do it on their 2 encounters yet he was the one almost KOed! If somebody will be KOed this time then I think the other way around because Pac goal is to finish JMM in a very spectacular fashion!Last edited by SceneSpectator!; 10-04-2011, 02:52 PM.Comment
