Can you provide your source that USADA agreed to test him in the Philippines? I thought that they only had authority over "any international athlete who is present in the United States." (USADA FAQ page). They also state that they do not even test at Olympic games, handing over authority to the WADA. What's wrong with using an international organization that presides over the entire Olympics and not just US Olympic athletes?

Again, you can speculate who may be ducking who, but it feels like these answers can be argued forever. They are marketing geniuses that are going to milk the consumer market as much as they can before the big fight.

Im all for it. He will be coming to States for the second half of the training, unless this is the first time he does all training in the home country, which we will all know something up if that happens, but there has been no indication that this will be a problem. If he agrees, WHICH HE HASNT CAUSE THEY JUST WENT BACK ON IT, then let him train half in the Phillpines and get tested there by WADA approved facility. When he come here though hes goes under USADA. All we need is for him to agree. But Bradley already lined up.

Come on man. Cotto was done after Margarito. Dude fought Cotto after Miguel struggled against Clottey with a big gnash on his head. Pac still fought him at a catchweight. I don't blame Pac because it was Cotto who accepted it. Margarito was suspended for a year, came back and fought a mediocre fighter in Mexico and didn't even look good doing it. who cares about what happened to Ortiz punk ass. I wish Floyd would have let the fight go on but it is what it is and frankly. Ortiz would give Manny a tougher fight than Floyd because Ortiz couldn't touch Floyd but he for sure would touch up Pac because both are offensive fighters. Clottey reluctant ass touched up Pac's face and he wasn't even fighting.

Pac is an exciting fighter but how can people be all on this dude when his title fights at 147 and 154 were at catchweights of 145 and 150? Pac is fighting JMM at a catchweight when them guys are the same size didn't Floyd show that JMM couldn't hang at the higher weights according to Pac fans? It's funny how Pac fans try to discredit Floyd wins over the same opponents Pac fought after. Manny and Roach ducked Shane who was number 1 in the division after Margarito for a Cotto who was beat down and battle worn by Margarito & Clottey. Manny's whole strength is his speed and accumulation of punches. Do you actually think that Pac would touch Floyd up more than Floyd would touch him up? People are talking about Floyd is off of his game because he got hit a couple of times by Mosley and Ortiz but he was dominating them dudes. Pac gets ****** up on the reg. I have no brotherly love for Arum, or any promoter. They steal from the fans to pad their pockets, no different than what KING did to Ali , Frazier , Foreman, I speak from reading the papers back then and seeing all on TV.

Over the years I have seen lots of fights, from the 50's,,,in every decade since,,, but I have never seen the behavior from a fighter like JR. EVER !

The great fighters that I watched on the edge of my seat as a young person in the 60's from too numerous to name never acted like Jr.

All of the greats never acted like JR.

All of the greats were Risk takers.

You young guys should have been there back then, then when you make an assessment of a fighter today, you will have the propensity to grade him from those in the past.

Jr is missing something,,,,he has or had the skills, its waning badly now. Some are just to blind to see it man.

Boxing has changed dramatically over the years in many respects.

I remember grabbing up the paper everyday to find boxing news,,,,now kids have access to the internet and story after story in the hundreds are in yer face daily.

Yeah... Pac is blindly getting used by his "trusted" Arum (you can see in 24/7 that even Roach hates him). He's making so much money on Pac, especially setting up an in-house fight with Bradley. You can also use the argument that Mayweather may not want the fight since Bob Arum is involved. May absolutely hates Arum, so handing him the mega-payday of all time may not be what he wants to do.

I'm a Pacquiao fan, but I think what he should really do is take control of this situation. I hope he calls out Mayweather after the fight and say--with his own words--that he is willing to do the testing, but with reasonable negotiations. The thing with Pacquiao is that he seems like the type of fighter that will take on whoever they (his trusted advisers) put in front of him. Defend yourself at all times

As you read Mayweathers interview it is easy to see why he does so good at what he does. In the world of boxing and any sport truth will ultimatly win any aegument. We all all wondering about the topics at hand, Mayweather takes a step back from the chaos (defense) lets everyone talk, then launches his attack (0ffense) from a defensive posture with direct hits. There is not much you can say in retaliation to his comments, unless you are just hating on him. Then you should take a step back and look at yourself. God Bless and One Love.

Come on man. If Pac was indeed crushing top WW's he would have been number 1 in the WW division but Floyd was for the majority of time. The only time Pac surpassed Floyd is when Floyd didn't come back to fight after he beat Mosley. Oscar wasn't a top WW, Cotto at 145 and neither was Clottey or Mosley when Pac got to him. Mosley in 09 was a top WW when Pac ducked him and Ortiz after he beat Berto and Floyd fought them both. Ortiz is a lil b!tch but fact of the matter is that Pac hasn't fought any top guys since he has been in the WW division. Cotto is the closes to top you are going to get that Pac faced in the division but he was done after the Clottey fight and Pac still insisted on 145 as the catchweight for Cotto's title. Roach said Pac is closer to 140, so a 144 catchweight for JMM should not have happened BUT I think JMM will hold his own so I'm not complaining.

How people ignore this is crazy. Just look and ask yourself for the past 2-3 years, WHEN was the last time a fighter won a fight when Pac fought them?

Like Mayweather said, he fights champions and fighters winning, while Pac is fighting his left overs or shot fighters like Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, Mosley or never has beens like Diaz and Clottey. Thank god for JMM.... f**K I forgot, the fight is at WW..... but hey lets bash Floyd for fighting Hatton and JMM who are the same size as Pac. lol
