Few points:
- There was no agreement from the Pacquiao camp for OSDT. Still need a cutoff date.
- USADA doesn't do testing outside of the country, Arum wants WADA to do testing in the Philippines if it ever goes down.
- Pacquiao never said he was afraid of needles, he said he just didn't like taking blood near the time of the fight because it makes him feel "weak" (see Erik Morales post fight interview)
- How is Floyd big enough for Martinez, but Pacquiao isn't; Margarito's bigger than Martinez and weighs 170lb after hydration and Pac fought him. Why is it called ducking for Floyd and yet not to Pacquiao?
- What's going to happen after Marquez gets dominated by Pacquiao? Is Pacquiao still going to get praised even though he made Marquez fight way above Lightweight like Mayweather did? Because when Sergio calls out smaller fighters, that's bad for boxing. Yet, the two pound4pound best are doing the SAME EXACT THING WITH MARQUEZ.

Come on man. Cotto was done after Margarito. Dude fought Cotto after Miguel struggled against Clottey with a big gnash on his head. Pac still fought him at a catchweight. I don't blame Pac because it was Cotto who accepted it. Margarito was suspended for a year, came back and fought a mediocre fighter in Mexico and didn't even look good doing it. who cares about what happened to Ortiz punk ass. I wish Floyd would have let the fight go on but it is what it is and frankly. Ortiz would give Manny a tougher fight than Floyd because Ortiz couldn't touch Floyd but he for sure would touch up Pac because both are offensive fighters. Clottey reluctant ass touched up Pac's face and he wasn't even fighting.

Pac is an exciting fighter but how can people be all on this dude when his title fights at 147 and 154 were at catchweights of 145 and 150? Pac is fighting JMM at a catchweight when them guys are the same size didn't Floyd show that JMM couldn't hang at the higher weights according to Pac fans? It's funny how Pac fans try to discredit Floyd wins over the same opponents Pac fought after. Manny and Roach ducked Shane who was number 1 in the division after Margarito for a Cotto who was beat down and battle worn by Margarito & Clottey. Manny's whole strength is his speed and accumulation of punches. Do you actually think that Pac would touch Floyd up more than Floyd would touch him up? Floyd would probably land the cleaner shots but Manny would overwhelm him with activity. Floyd's never seen anything close to the speed and accuracy Manny punches with and would likely wear down if he wasn't ko'd with one shot. I think Manny has a better chin than Floyd and he could walk through Floyd's flush punches like he did Cotto's.

Motherfu©ker I know boxing. Pac started at 108 pounds. Floyd started at 130. Pac fighting weltwerweights is the equivalent of Floyd fighting at 168. So yes, Manny gets more credit for beating the same fighters Floyd beat. Why doesn't Floyd move up to 168 and fight Lucian Bute if he's so great? Why won't he at least fight Sergio at 154? He hasn't done half of what Manny's done in boxing, so fu©k him and his fans. Floyd Mayweather fought 2 undefeated fighters. Diego Corrales ad Ricky Hatton.

Manny Pacquiao fought 6 undefeated fighters. Dele Decierto, Medgoen Singsurat, Seung- Kon Chae, Nedal Hussein, Emmanuel Lucero and Jorge Solis.

Statistically, Floyd Mayweather ate more leftovers.

Man the haters are out and about in this thread LOL. Floyd could beat the remaining top 20 guys in his weight class next year and they will still call him a coward for not fighting one guy! If Floyd is ducking the fight i guess that means Manny is ducking the bloodtest.

Pac don't have no defense homie. He would swing but Floyd would make him miss and pay. To stop Pac's punch out put, all a fighter has to do is counter him. He's open to get hit at any time. Also, Pac's offense is built up over fighters trying to be aggressive and over power him leaving themselves open and vulnerable to his speed. Floyd Mayweather Jr is pretty fast himself so Pac don't have such a big advantage in that department and Pac punishment is done over the course of the fight when he connects. Not convinced that Pac would beat up on Floyd like he did everyone else. Floyd has defense and Pac doesn't. Floyd beats Pac in my opinion.
