Yes we know youd like to fight Pacs leftovers, so contradictory.
He puts Pac down for fighting people who have no chance against Pac, and now wants to fight the people he is putting Pac down for fighting.
ANd then he says Sergio and FLoyd are 1 and 2 best p4p fighters in the world. A frustrating man to listen to.Comment

True story, totally forgot that Mosley gave him the business first. You also forgot that he's fighting Cotto next, I didn't see that in your post.Yes we know youd like to fight Pacs leftovers, so contradictory.

At that point Margarito offered nothing. If Margarito beats Cotto again, that makes the fight more interesting to casual fans. Also, I'm sure Martinez realizes there is no way he'd get to fight Cotto.Comment

Back in 2000 Martinez wasnt able to keep Margarito off him. Now he could . . . and more. Marg would need a better defence than he has shown in recent years. If an old Mosley can land at will then imagine the damage that a prime Martinez at middlewieght would do. Marg better join Cotto, Floyd and Pac and start running from Martinez.Comment

The problem is that Margarito would have to be FLAT BROKE to accept a rematch with Sergio. Doubt it would even make an real PPV money. Since Margarito's brawler style becomes less effective as he gets older, he would take another serious beating for less money.Comment
