Sergio missed at least 10 crucial opportunities

    Dissapointing performance.

Him and Barker touched gloves about 10 times, especially when Martinez slipped over Barker's leg, they had a bit of a sportsman-like gesture, Martinez should've thrown a right hook-left hand and that woulda been "that's all she wrote".

This is a joke thread right ?

Martinez showed good sportsmanship and KO'd him without having to use sucker punches.

Heh, that really does show how dirty Floyd is. There was one point in the fight where Barker and Martinez hugged in the ring well after the ref had call the fight in.

They hugged, stepped back and went back to work. I jokingly told my friend, "Uh oh.. here it comes! .. fight over!"

but Martinez and Barker have honor and I guarantee neither boxer even contemplated a sucker punch even when it would have been so easy.

uhhhhhh it wasn't disappointing to me because i actually watch boxing? so i KNEW he was a bum.

it was only disappointing to sergiosexuals and you n00bs who fell for the hype.

people who actually know boxing weren't surprised one bit at MARAVAGINA's performance.

I expected nothing else from them. That's how real champs do it.

Lets be real with it, Sergio did not disapoint, though I think he could have and should have went to the body with that straight left hand earlier I think he would have gotten him out of there a few rounds earlier had he done that.
However Barker was a tuff son of a *****, pillars for a defense kinda hard to split that high gaurd like that against a man who is obviously much bigger than you are over all.
The stoppage actually started in round 10 when Sergio caugth him with a right hook and it wobbled him from there it was all down hill. There was little known about Barker, Sergio had to find out about him the old fashion way, and he found a way to win and did so by knock out.

I wont chuck cheap insults regarding sucker punches as that point has been made, what I will say is Martinez continues to impress, move forward and defend that title.

Hopefully we can see a Martinez vs Margarito rematch as I think Margarito may be there for the taking but has the right style to make Sergio earn it, the pressure alone by Barker was doing good things just comming forward with your hands high, now add a Margarito work rate to that and you may have a win

is this dude actually wishing sergio should have suckerpunch that bum like floyd did?

people expect sergio and floyd to beat up their opponents so easy, to sucker punch their opponents is considered as b!tching out and taking the easy route

He certainly showed that he is not in Floyd's "class" with that performance.
