however if ur only objection against steele is the chavez vs taylor fight... you know Mills Lane woulda done the same. He was a by the book, protect a fighter sort of ref too.

As for Cortez, the guy is a decent ref however the attention he got a couple years ago got his head and now he always has to say his ****** little slogan. Now he is just annoying.

Most popular today, it's got to be Joe Cortez but on being good I'm for Richard Steele. Except for the controversy on the Medrick Taylor case he has done a very good job and he's got to call the shot on the most popular fighters From ALI to JCC and still continuing at present.
