Arum has probably given up on Floyd.
There is now evidence that team Pac offered Floyd testing on the day of the fight.The commission however, rejected it, so they offered a 14-day cut-off, something that even Tygart of the USADA has no problems with.
Floyd, instead of accepting it, just kept on harping "take the test, take the test". There is now very little doubt that Floyd will never let himself be inside the ring with Manny.

I'm not a ***** and it's not so much that I'm even against Pacquiao fighting Timothy Bradley. I'm more disgusted with the way Bradley is going about earning the fight. This is some straight up bullshit. Why don't Arum make a fight like Bradley-Rios or Bradley-Jones, put it on the undercard and then let the winner fight Manny. Casamayor is just a cherry pick, and my respect for Bradley has just went down the drain for this combined with the fact that he ducked Khan.

Bradley is not fighting Jones or Rios without a training camp bro..Not to mention those are some money fights down the line,why would he fight those fights now??Oh and btw Bradley been earned a Pac fight bro,Bradley should have fought Hatton but Hatton went for the money and fought Pac..Pac then went to WW,but Bradley was next in line for Pac for some time now...
