There is now evidence that team Pac offered Floyd testing on the day of the fight.The commission however, rejected it, so they offered a 14-day cut-off, something that even Tygart of the USADA has no problems with.
Floyd, instead of accepting it, just kept on harping "take the test, take the test". There is now very little doubt that Floyd will never let himself be inside the ring with Manny.

I'm not a ***** and it's not so much that I'm even against Pacquiao fighting Timothy Bradley. I'm more disgusted with the way Bradley is going about earning the fight. This is some straight up bullshit. Why don't Arum make a fight like Bradley-Rios or Bradley-Jones, put it on the undercard and then let the winner fight Manny. Casamayor is just a cherry pick, and my respect for Bradley has just went down the drain for this combined with the fact that he ducked Khan.

Tim Bradley hasn't fought since January of this year. He needs a tune-up before he fights anyone good. This Casamayor fights is nothing moor than a tuneup.
