It seems like it's accurate... but, should just be used as an added feature....& should not be of any influence.
it's useful. It proves how much ta winner dominated his opponent. But like I said, IMO, it doesn't do ta job accurately all ta time.

thats the whole thing. Compu box doesnt determine the winner, and the judges dont even get to see it. So who really cares. Its just meant to give people a a number to look at and go "oooooooooooooo aaaaaaahhhhh"

Punches on the arms/gloves/shoulders....aren't scoring punches.
They shouldn't count, & I don't believe the Compubox guys count them.

What if the guy who landed a lot of punches is feather-fisted, & the guy he's facing is a really big hitter ? That's where it fails to tell the whole story. That is why it should just be used as what Rastasmoker described it as.

That's fine if those shots are leading to a stoppage, that's their value....but, they are not scoring blows.

the thrown ones are just that, the thrown punches, but the landed ones are anything that hits Ribs, Chest, Neck, Stomach, or Head, but not the arms, or rabbit punches to the back of the head or to the back itself

Chest shots are clean, scoring blows.

I see what you mean thurrr.

You must be thinkin bout how Marquez MIGHTA landed mo punches on Pacquiao, BUt Pacquiao clearly whomped ta shyt outta Marquez' face despite some Marquez' fans seein Pac winnin only 1 round.

                      Good thinking.
