    Angulo vs Kirkland too soon?

Dont get me wrong I want to see this fight as much as any of you guys it will be a fcking war. But I think it is to soon for the fight to be made. At this stage when they fight the looser will be called a hypejob and the winner will not get much props. If I was golden boy I would of put angulo in against cintron in the main event and kirkland vs isishida on the undercard. Both fighter weren't them selfs when they fought them. Angulo was sick and kirkland was out of prison with out ann, I think they would both beat them now and the winners could fight each other.

we get so few of the fights we want-- take what you can get.

boxing fans should not be concerned that big fights are happening "too soon".

fighters are supposed to fight tough fights

i think this should become the trend

boxing is better when fighters arent protected cause the guy thats 25-0 actually fought some tough fights

also a loss can be a powerfull lesson for a fighter

i think these fights r good 4 teh sport

We've already been through the "let this marinate some more before making the fight" period. During which Kirkland went to jail, Angulo got deported, and Kirkland got starched by a featherfisted unknown in 1 round.

I actually think this is kinda reckless choice for Kirkland to be taking right now, but **** it, it's gonna be fun as hell. This to me is what boxing is all about, exciting match-ups rather than events like Pac/FMJ fights.

wouldnt you be more pumped for the fight if you had just seen them both starch their opponents in the same night? Thats what happend to me on a card arum put where he put gamboa and lopez on the same card. After the night was over every one wanted the fight to happen but arum waited to long.

I like it now before Kirkland gets knocked out again. It should be a good fight and I beliebe Kirkland will put up a better performance than he did against Ishia, to be honest that shit was inexplicable.

my problem though is who ever wins will not get the credit they deserve. For me kirkland and angulo are two of the top fighters at 154 along with lara cotto. Much better than most of the tittle holders.
