Pacquiao got KO'd by Singsurat at flyweight (112lbs), then went straight up to super bantam (122lbs) the following bout. Why did he skip 2 weightclasses?

Compare the amount of times Pacquiao gets hit, to the amount of times Mayweather gets hit. Pacquiao gets hit a ton more, and has proven to have a great chin. Whenever Mayweather gets tagged clean, he's clearly stunned, but manages to recover really fast, probably due to his conditioning and mental will/strength.
