Floyd would win, but I think he would look bad and raise Cotto's stock and lower Floyds to be honest. Cotto isn't some plodding, brawler who follows his opponents and he cuts off the ring very well. Really a 50-60 punches per round is Cotto's pace just like Mayweather, they both use their boxing IQ and technique to win fights especially now. Like people on here have said Cotto gets dominated easily, but he wouldn't.

Cotto gets beat against pressure fighters, even if Floyd stands in the pocket that isn't pressure. Cotto on the other hand is great against pure boxers, sure he gets hits a lot but his chin is good enough to deal with punches from less aggressive guys. I think it would be a very close fight as Floyd does have problems with a jab and he can be hit in the body with the left hand. DLH showed it, especially as Mayweather raises up his elbow near his head to block left hooks. In the end though Floyd would probably out think Cotto but I think its a fight that would make Floyd look bad in, he would lose the **** don't stink I'm untouchable aura IMO. Which is terrible for him especially since Manny put the business on Cotto.
