Bottom line is Canelo vs Ortiz would be a pretty big event. I can see it happening since their both Golden Boy (although I don't think GB would put Canelo in that risky of a fight yet).
    Definitely not.

I doubt we see Canelo in a losable fight until he fights Floyd in mexico for 1 Billion dollars.

I'm not here to argue that. Really my point is it would be a huge event. Overrated or not Canelo is a very big draw and Ortiz is a name fighter now too after fighting Floyd. It would be a very successful event. And I think it would be full of action as they both come forward.

my poll includes guys at 154. I did so because Ortiz is clearly a big welterweight now, I mean he outweighed floyd by 14 pounds. I think it's obvious he could make 154 if he wanted to without any problems.

I'd like to see him rematch Berto.

On the flipside, he will beat Berto again.

And I really reallyyyyy want to see him get the **** beat out of him and Berto isn't the guy who's going to do that.

Maybe Kell Brook. That would be a good fight.

                  Or Amir Khan.

I'm with Reed, but I think Berto fights a different fight this time, and I think Ortiz may show signs of being knocked out when he fights again, I'd lean towards Berto in the rematch. Berto knows he has to step it up now.
