Joshua 'The most avoided fighter in History' Clottey SOLD OUT Dallas Stadium.

You think that was Pacquaio? CLOTTEY was the draw in that fight.

The only reason there was any interest at all in that fight is because Manny Pacquaio is one of the chosen handful that actually had the balls to fight Joshua Clottey.

Victor Ortiz according to his manager is a 'Mexican Pitbull' (I must say he retreats ALOT for a Pitbull. A mexican one at that) and Joshua Clottey sells himself because he's so feared and notoriously ducked.

I smell a GBP and TR renuion. Forget Pac-Mayweather, this fight sells itself.

I predict 1 Billion PPV Sales. Make it happen.

It's ridiculous to even discuss it.

Until Clottey gets back in a ring and beats Paul McClosley Sr. I don't even wanna discuss who he might possibly maybe kind of have a chance at beating.

Let alone fighting the top of the current division.

        Let alone.................... winning.

          Berto-Ortiz II > Ortiz-Clottey

Clottey hasn't WON a fight in OVER 3 years... hasn't been in the ring in over 18 months... and I'm supposed to believe, at damn near 34, he's just gonna get up and beat Victor Ortiz right now when nothing in his entire career points to him winning ANY major fight in his career?

          Mmmmmk.
You picked Berto over Ortiz and made fun of me and showed me a pic of some freshly baked buns when I said Ortiz would win that fight..I really want to see Ortiz Jones, but if Clottey can be the fighter he once was he beats Ortiz imo...

You're right I did... and Victor shocked everyone including me.

I wasn't some nut that was alone picking Berto to win... the general boxing world was picking Berto to win... so pointing that out as some sort of reason that supports your argument holds no water.

Whatever fighter Clottey "once was" He's not even that anymore.

Let me know when he has a win, even a fight.. against anyone, and then we can talk about what he might potentially possibly be able to do..

Funnily enough, I heard he tried to make a fight with Paul McCloskey.

Rumour has it he sent over 1,000 emails and answer messages to EVERY fighter in the Top 100 at 147, 154 and even 160. Each.

But of course, same old story, he was ducked and not responded to.

Then apparently, McCloskey said he may fight him in Belfast with 3 Irish and openly biased judges and an Irish referee - Jimmy Mcloskey.

Along with Irish only fans allowed in the Venue.

Then, after watching just a single tape of the Pac-Clottey fight he pulled out. Due to open fear.

Allegedly this is the actual reason for his inactivity.

                    Absolutely.

It's been the same old one note tune since the 90's with Joshua Clottey. The most ducked fighter in the History of the Sport.

I can dig,but Ortiz is nothing but a new Clottey anyway..Nothing more then a stepping stone imo..Same as Berto, only difference is that they have a bunch of hype behind umm..But as fighters neither has done that much, but Clottey has been in tougher then Ortiz..
