Cotto stops Margarito this time and heres why!

You think Margarito will be able to walk through the stuff he did in the first fight? With that eye I'm not so sure. I am also not so sure Margarito will be able to get off if Cotto moves smarter in this fight. If it ends up being a situation where Margarito is taking big shots after the 7th I think we might find out he's not the same guy.
Cotto will not land that many shots on Margs, and Cotto will TRY to be on his bike at the beginning of the fight. But remember the saying, "A zebra never changes its stripes", and Cotto didnt impress AT ALL against a fighter who is meant to make fighters look good in Ricardo Mayorga.
Cotto will fall back to what he knows, and will eventually try and slug it out with Marg. Marg will get to him around round 3, and finish the fight by round 8 or 9.
Segura finished Calderon earler, Margarito stopped Cintron earlier, and the trend will continue in this fight.
Sincerely,
El Hombre!Comment

[QUOTE=El Hombre;11214364]I think he can. I understand the eye, and that is the only concern. Margarito went 12 rounds took 411 POWER PUNCHES from Pacquiao, and NEVER WENT DOWN.

I bet money that Pac wouldn't stop Margarito. And the reason I felt he wouldn't was because of Margartios height. If he was a little shorter he would have been stopped. He went twelve with Pac but is probably worse off for it. I don't think he consistently walks through big shots anymore but we will see. I think Cotto wins. I might feel different if we had more recent fights to evaluate Margarito.Comment

Marg looked embarassing as hell in the Mosley fight and that night I laughed my hardest at all of the Marg fans. Pacquiao was just the sweet, sweet cherry on top of the icing. I formed abs by laughing so hard at all of the Marg fans that night because Marg is a JOKE.Comment

Why, because Mosley effectively halted Marg's offensive by clinching, allowing Mosley to insanely **** Marg like he was an 8 year old huerfano?

Why do you ****** dumb motherphuckers bring up Mosley, when it is gonna be Margarito vs COTTO that night?
What a ******** idiot!
And Cotto went down TWICE against Pacquiao.... How many times did Margarito go down?
Cotto was STOPPED BY PACQUIAO... What about Margarito?Last edited by O V O; 09-26-2011, 10:41 PM.Comment

IF anyone asked me... I think Cotto saw an oportunity to KO Margie in their first fight since he notice how easy it was to land punches in him. But what Cotto didn't count on was that Margie could take it and take it hard since he has a ridiculous chin (the only thing he has) and got really tired and cost him the fight. That is why Mosley KOed him cause he saw that even Cotto could not KO him. Mosley started very slow and land big punches very now and then until eventually beat the **** out of him.
In this fight Cotto will try to pull a Mayorga fight in Margie and hope it works. Margie may not have plaster in his gloves this time but he will have a whole lot of weight and muscle than the first one.
And by the way I also think Margie had plaster in the Cotto fightComment

Tony KO's Cotto again
Cotto has no serious power or speed at JMW
both guys are equally past it now
fight will look similar to the first
