Of course, Mack was on his bike most of the fight.

Partly because Cloud is much better and partly because his chin is literally made out of actual glass.

But still, I disagree with you on the cutting off the ring. Cloud wasn't doing all that well in that regard in my personal opinion.

Also, I actually felt it was quite close at the time of the KO. If I remember correctly I think the judges had Cloud winning by a point or two.

I mean, everyone knew that the knockout was coming. No way on this earth is Yusuf Mack going 12 rounds with Cloud with his chin. But still, I was expecting an early KO, If not, a dominate fight until the KO ultimately came.

Instead I was left a little, unimpressed, really. But that's JMO. I think he's a good fighter.

I'm not saying cloud blew him away or anything like that and yes it was close on the scorecards at the time of the KO, but really, all Cloud was doing was chasing him looking for the KO, he wasn't trying to do anything fancy or whatnot, just trying to land a big shot. So in that regard, sure, maybe it was disappointing that it took him a couple rounds longer than a lot of people initially thought, but again, he was chasing a running man so what are you gonna do.

I'd personally like to see him against Beibut Shumenov, I think that would be nonstop action as neither guy backs up.

        Yeah, I do agree.

I just wasn't impressed. I was pretty suprised Mack saw Round 4. Even more suprised he saw Round 6.

What Round did he stop him? Was it 9th? I can't remember.

It's probabyl just because I genuinely did not expect Mack to win a Round and expected him to be knocked out cold within the first 3 Rounds.

I mean, Mack really isn't very good at all.

        So that's all it was.

I'd like to see Cloud fight Pascal. I know that's off now but that's the fight I want to see. Cloud will fight anyone or so it seems. So it's just a waiting game for him.

I don't see him beating Hopkins or Dawson. Pascal I see as 50/50.

Nathan Cleverly should fight him maybe after he destroys Tony Bellew.

It was the 8th round. In comparison Glen Johnson KO'd him in 6 rounds. The difference though was Mack boxed/ran a whole lot more against Cloud than he did with Johnson. With Johnson he actually stood there and traded frequently which was idiotic lol.

Same here. I was seriously hoping for a cloud-pascal fight, I thought it had a FOTY type of fight written all over it. I don't see him beating hopkins but I do see him having a good shot at least against Dawson, just because of what I saw in Dawson vs Johnson I. Maybe that was a fluke or whatever, but I personally don't think Dawson likes to be pressured like that for 12 full rounds and that's what Cloud brings.

Me, too. Good luck to him though.

It's the way he's perfecting his style. he's a pure pressure fighter. Cutting off the ring beautifuly. ****ing the body then the head. Setting traps & litterally just walking his man down. His handlers did a good job with his pressure style. I mean he's a better pressure fighter than my bwoy Angulo. I haven't seen a fighter cut the ring off so skillfuly in ages.
