Still a terrible call by the referee though.
Ulli Wegner made the ref stop the fight. He knew his fighter was going to get beat up. Hernandez didn't have much left, Cunningham was walking him down. Hernandez won't keep his belt for long though.....I'd like to see a rematch

I didn't have the best stream, but I could've sworn Hernandez' corner asked the ref to look at the cut...

Cunningham never gave rematches, i hope he doesn't get one. He should have to fight Ross, Frenkel, Lebedev or someone like that before getting a title shot.

I don't know the way he was roaming around their corner looked Su****ious to me, then I think it was him that said something about stopping it, I thought a Doctor makes that call...I don't know maybe they do things different in different countries, I don't know but it looked su****ious to me, maybe they feel this is the ONLY WAY they can get the title off of Cunningham I don't know

          that sucks though!

Pretty amusing seeing comments of people that never boxed before in their life speaking on intentional fouls (that are unintentional), as if they know what can take place when 2 talll fighters (for their division), who aren't used to fighting on the inside, are fighting on the inside. Let alone the orthodox vs. southpaw, which increases it further.

Campillo, BoZic and Cunningham robbed, Proksa is next.

I don't undertand German, but from my vantage point, it looked pretty clear that Wegner lobbied to get the fight stop due to the cuts. The ref can take a look at it, but he's supposed to call the doctor to check on it beforehand to give his opinion. Germany doesn't always follow protocol.
