If you analyze the result of their fights against common opponents, except for Marquez where Pac has not yet evolved into what he is now, you will discover that Pac performed better over-all. In the Hatton, DLH and Shane fights, in spite of being the smaller man, Pac outperformed Floyd in most categories except on jabs landed. He landed more punches per round, including on Shane, than Floyd did. When comparing power punches, the difference becomes more acute.
Keep in mind that Pac was the smaller boxer in this fights.
To illustrate my points, here are some of the comparative figures in those fights:
In all 3 fights, pac landed more punches overall per round than Floyd. Floyd, as previously mentioned , landed more jabs/rd and was definitely more accurate than Pac in this category. But in the power punches category, it is the opposite. Not only pac landed a lot more, but his accuracy is higher.
In the Hatton fight, pac landed an average of 32 p/p per rd.. With DLH, it was 24/rd. With the running SM, it was still 15/rd.
With Floyd, it was 6/rd landed on Hatton, 11.5/rd on DLH and 10/rd on Shane.
On the defense department, the figures show that all three opponents were landing more punches on Floyd per rd. than they did on pac.
Based on this figures, draw your own conclusions.
Sorry, wrong figures on FMJ/Hatton. Floyd landed 13/rd on Hatton. But also take note that Floyd's output against Hatton was considerably lower than against either DLH or Shane.

I got a little confused there. The 6/rd is for total p/p landed per round and the 13/rd is for total punches landed per rd.
