Floyd already admitted in an interview testing is no longer an issue. Manny already agreed to all of Mays demands.

But Mayweather got angered by Manny saying Floyd doesn't want to fight, and he also got angry by the medias constant hounding him ducking Pacquiao, so he went back to claiming Pac doesn't want a test.

But most people realise Pac already agreed to test, Floyd is just lying as usual.
