I don't care what you or any one say of where Floyd ranks in "their" ATG list. But if Floyd is supposedly not top 30, then Morales ain't nowhere near top 100 then. Mayweather is a better boxer than Morales. And Floyd would never lose to Maidana, Raheem, David Diaz, Barrera or even Manny Pacquiao.

Not shitting on Morales by any means. But the question is can Floyd go through Morales' resume without losing, and then ask yourself if Morales can beat Castillo, Corrales, De La Hoya, Hatton, Mosley, Victor Ortiz, Zab Judah, Marquez? Don't get me wrong, Morales can beat some of those guys, but Morales would NOT go undefeated through Mayweather's resume, he would not. He couldn't even go undefeated through his OWN resume.

Sure Morales might have been "past it" when he lost to Diaz, Raheem, and Maidana[definitely was past it for this fight]. But let's face it, a past prime Floyd Mayweather, P4P, would not come close to losing to any of those 3 guys. Yeah yeah, styles make fights, who cares.

Mayweather's fantasy wins, ...are just those.........fantasy/ non reality. I love floyd fans always bringing up the couldve, wouldve argument.

              do explain?
I personally believe we are in the era of individual entrepreneurs in boxing. Thats why everyone seems to be dancing around eachother. Its all about money and not about legacy. A lot of the fighters of this era are trying to sell a product and not prove themself in the ring.
Floyd and Manny care more about their marketability than their legacy and they are not the only examples. Martinez is trying to whore himself off for a payday, canelo and chavez are playing hop scotch over legit competition, bradley and Khan are both looking for a chance at manny and floyd and to stay away from pitfalls along the way(namely eachother). Everyone is choosing matches like its a chess game. Basically (what is the easiest, shortest way for me to get to the top)

i don't think that's how you should compare fighters. especially fighters in completely different weight classes. first of all that's way too much fantasy to even comprehend. why not just compare who they beat when they beat them? did floyd beat any truly top class fighters who were dominate at that time? yes castillo and corrales. did morales? yes barrera and pac. then you can compare those guys and say pac and barrera are better than castillo and corrales or vice versa. then you can go into their secondary wins etc..and saying floyd would never lose to so and so is silly. would roy jones ever lose to danny green? floyd doesn't get extra credit for cherry picking soft opposition and fighting once every 18 months against guys he knows he can beat. even though morales lost a bunch of times at least he fought. he didn't leave us with an incomplete.
