wow what does it matter? He already proved he's clean so he can take them again. I dont see anything wrong with requesting testing. Soon i think all big fights will require itby contract cause its the best testing and this is after all hand to hand combat so i would defitnetly ask for it. Not accusing but making sure. In todays age with ped's everywhere i wouldn't trust anyone especially when i'm putting my life on the line in the ring

berto does have a belt right now. ortiz just sold his for 2,5 mil.$. there is only the IBF ww title currently available in the US (pac and floyd aren't really beatable for their WBO&WBC titles unless floyd vacates again), and with all those 140 pounders moving up, hunting for trinkets, it's a potential gold mine.
