    Vitali Klitschko Boxing Records

Alltime Records as it pertains to all weight classes:

1)219 rds fought.....209 rds won = 95% of rds won on all official scorecards judging all the rds

2)27 straight ko's to start a career (tied with Edwin Valero)

3)ONLY boxer EVER to outbox EVERY single opponent he's ever faced & ONLY boxer NEVER to lose 3 rds in any one of his bouts.

4)ONLY boxer ever to outthrow & outland EVERY single opponent he's ever faced.

    5) ONLY boxing champion NEVER to taste canvas with more than double figure title bouts to his credit.

    6) ONLY fighter never to trail on the scorecards at the end of every bout (no more than 2 rds lost in ANY one bout)

ALLTIME HEAVYWEIGHT RECORDS (OBVIOUSLY THE LIST ABOVE ARE ALL HEAVYWEIGHT RECORDS:

    1) 40 KNOCKOUTS IN 45 FIGHTS = 89%

1A) ONLY 3 FIGHTS HAVE EVER GONE TO SCORECARDS

1B) 93% OF HIS BOUTS HAVE ENDED IN STOPPAGE

2)Highest discrepancy of punches landed as opposed to punches landed on him.

    3) ONLY one to reclaim the EXACT title he gave up due to injuries & subsequent retirement & comeback nearly 4 yrs later & FIGHT for a title with no tuneups

3b) first one to win his title back with nearly 4 yrs discrepancy & no fights in between

    4) first one to arguably not lose 1 rd in ANY title defense he's ever been in with more than 10 defenses (ByRD might be the only one to manage a legit rd when Vitali is defending a title).

    5) Only fighter never to be outslugged (this means more power punches thrown & landed in every single fight)

6)NEVER truly beaten legitimately with ONLY losses due to physical injuries & cuts.... ( 5 more fights) & he'll be the ONLY one to be 50-0 IN TERMS of being ahead at the end of every Heavyweight bout.. beating Rocky Marciano's 49-0

All IN ALL there's a few more i can't think of off the top of my head but these numbers ensure that Vitali (Dr. Ironfist) Klitschko is the most dominant fighter that's ever lived... bar none with the highest BER (BOXER EFFICIENCY RATING) in boxing history!

But he's not Black American so he drops 20 spots from the All Time Great List.

      Great post!

45 have tried and 45 have been dominated.

Vitali is unbeatable. He would beat any HW from any era.

        Good post Jimmy.

I bet it would be fun to be part of a Think-Tank, with you and Domination, researching new talking points and strategies, to promote The Klitschko brothers greatness.

        You guys are brainstorming aficionados.

Only great to lose to a champion of the previous era. This has never happened before in the history of boxing.

          Jeffries beat Old Fitzsimmons
          Johnson beat old Jeffries
          Willard beat old Johnson
          Dempsey beat old Willard
          Marciano beat old Louis
          Ali beat old Liston
          Holmes beat old Ali
          Tyson beat old Holmes

^^^Keep in mind that all of these were blowouts, none of them were back and forth like Lewis-Klitschko was. Vitali is one of the worst champions for not defeating the old school.

            Vitali Klitschko vs Lennox Lewis

            THE TRUTH

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis barely survived the 2nd round, he was badly hurt, holding on for dear life, wobbling everywhere and staggering around the ring like a drunk. Lewis was badly hurt several times in the fight and was getting outboxed, outworked, outmuscled and outlanded by Vitali.

            punches landed

            Vitali 156

            Lewis 102

Lewis was exhausted, worn down and hurt from the accumulation of punches and was ready to get KTFO again, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was clearly the fresher of the two, he was a man on a mission and would've KO'd Lewis for sure if the fight had continued.

After the fight, Vitali intimidated the shit out of Lewis and made him look like a bitch.

All the fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and booed Lewis after the fight.

            Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

Vitali destroyed Kirk Johnson in 2 rounds and called out Lewis again in the post fight interview. The scared Lewis retired shortly after that fight.

Lewis turned down 40 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew he would get destroyed by Vitali.

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared his bitch ass into retirement.

George Foreman: "Vitali was winning the fight. Lewis got lucky. There has to be a rematch!"

Jim Lampley: "A lucky escape for Lewis who was clearly losing the fight"

Even Emanuel Steward was upset and pissed off at Lewis for blatantly ducking a Vitali rematch.

Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.

Lewis was 37, not really that old for a HW.

Vitali is 40 and is still dominating the HW division.

Lewis said he was "at the peak of my powers" when he got his ass whooped by Vitali.

Lewis was coming off the KO win over Tyson. In the Lewis-Tyson post fight interview Lewis stated "I'm like fine wine, I get better with age"

In an interview right before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement. FACT

                I disagree with this.
He couldnt even beat an unmotivated HW from the previous era. Lets look at all the advantages Vitali had going in

                -2 years preparation Advantage
                -Size Advantage
                -Conditioning Advantage
                -Age Advantage
                -Tune-up fight Advantage
-Sparring Partner Advantage(Wladimir. Lennox had no 6'8 partners)

Despite having more advantages than any of the previous all-time challangers, this is his result:

First time the previous generation beat the best of the new generation.

So that makes him drop to 21 on the alltime list because of nationality & color. That seems realistic to me & is close to the truth.
