If a so called "expert" is gonna pick a reason why Pac would beat FMJ, throwing 1k punches would not be to one to choose. Even a novice should know that much!

Teddy Atlas picking Floyd, Oscar De la Hoya picking Floyd, Burner picking Floyd.
That's it, Floyd is screwed. I like Pac chances even more now.

His reasoning why Pac beats Floyd is that Pacquiao can throw 1k punches in a fight w/FMJ and how he can't see how Floyd can handle it. Pac didn't reach 650 punches against JMM in either fight. Why? Because an intelligent counter puncher is Pac's Krytonite and Floyd is that in spades. Every fighter that has fought FMJ has seen their normal punch stats go down and that would go for Pac as well.

And, Floyd hasn't really fought a volume puncher. Hasn't fought anyone that's capable of throwing over a punches a round or a thousand punches a fight.
And, depending on judges you never know, activity alone can win the fight. That's why the judges are going to be very important. Hell look how close Oscar got in getting a robbery against Floyd. In reality that mofo didn't win more than 4 rounds and that's being generous and giving Oscar the benefit of the doubt. But, some incompetent judges gave Oscar more rounds because of activity alone.
Granted though like you said, Pac has had his output lowered by a great counter puncher. So it's safe to say Floyd will be able to lower Pac output. However, Floyd has yet been able to lower the output of a volume puncher. But, then again it has been years since he has fought a volume puncher.

What are you, an idiot? Are you a moron? You should go get yourself checked in some psychiatric center you idiot. People think, "Oh, you don't like Manny." I like Manny. I admire the guy and I love the way he fights. I love what he has done with his life, but I'm just telling you my professional opinion. I think that the other guy would win the fight.
