Call it what you want man but Gomez was working him and even Saul looked frustrated and confused
then he adjusted and was able to finish him off
but htat was a horrible stoppage way to early
you can tell the ref took a nice cash deposit from Golden Boy to end the fight if gomez was staggered

Canelo carried Gomez. First round knockdown and it wasn't even a "flush knockdown." It was a perfectly timed knockdown at that. I saw in Canelo's face he wasn't getting hurt and decided to play around for 4 rounds. Even letting Gomez hit him all over just to make the audience excited.
