Fine, then let's do it year round then.

Problem with that is there is no funding available to cover it for ALL boxers year round. Therefore, that's why we're forced to have training camp OSDT.

    Make sense?

u said it not us! lol.. and the year round testing would be perfect!! why only single out the person floyd is fighting why not make everyone go through this test if u're really trying to clean the sport?

No. It doesnt make sense. If a fighter can take PED's months before a fight while training and cycle off right before the 8 week testing begins, then it'll be pointless.

"In fiscal year 2010-2011, there is no money in the NSAC’s budget for out-of-competition drug testing, though athletes are still tested either the day prior to an event or immediately following it, and sometimes both".

Let me know if you need further verification/reasoning.

-He's gotten angrier and more aggressive over the past few yrs (roid rage?)

-They both weighed the same at 16yrs old yet Floyd seems to handle the weight and opponents just as well as Pac if not better.

-All of a sudden he's very vocal about PED use in the sport. (guilty conscience?)

-Beat up his baby momma in a fit of rage.
-Put up a racist tirade against Manny Pacquiao in a fit of rage.
-Poked a security guard in the face in a fit of rage.
-Cursed his father out on national tv in a fit of rage
-Lost his cool with an 80yr old Merchant in a fit of rage
-Anytime he's asked about Pacquiao, he becomes enraged.
-Always seems to be in a fit of rage
            Etc....

If Floyd was really serious about OSDT.....He'd follow the Olympic rules and test all year round. Not just during the 8 week training camp leading up to a fight. This isnt following Olympic testing protocol. This is Floyd Mayweather protocol.

i've been saying the same thing for the last few years..

mayweather has shown more signs of roid effects pertaining to negative side effects, coupled with the time off (cycles) and the rage outside the ring....

hell, he couldn't even do an interview without blowing up, which he blew up first for really no reason, other than to avoid any and all questions about the fight and about a future pacquiao fight.

and mayweathers modi operandi, " i'll cast the doubt on my opponent FIRST, so people will never question me (mayweather)... later"

it's classic attack those of doing what you are doing first, so no one questions what you do........

sorry floyd, but you are transparent in this issue....

like i've said, if floyd wats to change the sport for the better, then he pushes for a blanketed drug testing for all fighters, states, commissions, and organizations, not his opponents or other fighters who are out there showing him up and stealing his thunder.......

bottom line, floyd is a shill, and he's more than likely juicing too! thats why all the outward attacks by him and his team...... what floyd is doing is falls under logical fallacies... learn about logical fallacies so you can see through all the bull****/

Let's just be straight-forward. It's all or nothing with you?

You're saying if you can't test year round then don't test at all.

If that's the case, then why even test period? Since you think that it's all or nothing and fighters can beat the system if they're not only tested year round, then we shouldn't have any urinalysis/blood testing period. Let's just let the fighters test with no testing protocol whatsoever. Smart move man.

The only person that said forget about it is your friend Deveel916. I'm for what little bit of OSDT has taken place so far. I advocate it. Especially if there's funding for it.

There's testing already in place. Floyd is the one who started the whole OSDT crusade to clean up boxing. Cool. If we're going to step it up a notch and have OSDT, then let it be REAL OSDT. If not, we'd might as well just stay with the current system of testing we currently have.
