Margarito will wear down and bust up Cotto, even without his "hands of concrete" this time -- Margarito has more left than a washed out Cotto at this point -- people don't realize how much Cotto has lost over the past few years because he's been carefully matched against patsies or guys who can't punch much

Everyone knows Mayorga is a joke now. Just a name to hype a fight with the **** talking. That was it, everyone knew a washed up Cotto was still going to beat him. The same Mayorga who has won like two times in the last couple years it seems. His last big win was a FAT Vargas in like 2007. lmao!!

Let's take a look at the rest of the people Cotto has fought in the last couple of years with "power".

          Foreman 8 KOs

Clottey 20 KOs Oh yea! Did you know Clottey lost to Margarito a couple years back?

Jennings 16 KOs VACANT BELT! Cotto waited till Williams(Who Margarito had the balls to fight, unlike Cotto) VACATED the belt and fought this powerhouse.

Gomez Do I even have to go there?

Lost to the same guy who beat Margarito.

Robert Garcia had over 60% KO ratio fyi.

Sir, you don't know what the fuck you're talking about most of the time.

I dont know about that man.....

Margarito has shown nothing since the last Cotto fight, he even had to resort to movement to keep Garcia off him. Cotto has faded, no question, but I'm not sure if he has faded as much as Margarito.

Margarito has been brutally KTFO twice, largely inactive, and probably lost a primary weapon from his arsenal when he got caught with loaded wraps..... whereas Cotto has been active, and winning, despite the level of opposition.

            And Cotto just beat Mayorga.

I know, I know, but Mayorga can definitely punch, no question about that.

I get your point, but in the battle of the cracked eggs, I slightly favor Cotto.

This could be a real war of attrition, and hard on both guys at this stage of their respective careers.

OK... When has Cotto ever been KO'd other than the TKO losses in the LATE rounds? Plaster and Manny. Where do you get Cotto needing a soft touch opponent???????

Robert Garcia Hall of fame! P4P ! Clottey was beating Margarito like he was Ray Leonard till he hurt his hand on Margarito's cast.

Margarito has shown absolutely nothing since old man Mosley KHTFO two years ago. Why do you think that Margarito was forced to resort to movement to keep Garcia off him? That was most un-Margarito like.

Where was his vaunted pressure then ?

Since being knocked out by Mosley, Margarito has displayed two consecutive inept performances, you cant say that about Cotto, and you cannot compare Cotto's performance against Foreman with Margarito's performance against Garcia.

Cotto looked like a faded Cotto, I'm not sure what Margarito looked like.

Look, you could be right, but I think it is a huge call to categorically state that Margarito has more left than Cotto.

Ahhhhh the good o'l running man when he fought Pac. All Cotto did was get on his bike by mid and final rounds of the fight. Bike Bike Bike. Also, you have no proof with plaster. NONE!! I have a bigger excuse cause Mosley actually fought De La Hoya with steroids IN A FIGHT but you don't see me *****ing day in and out like you Kneetards.

Doesn't matter, Garcia had a bigger KO ratio than most of Cotto's recent opponents. Please don't tell me they knocked out some fantastic guy either.

Clottey folded, just like he did vs Pac. He can't take people just pounding and pounding on him, he then gets frustrated. Oh I have a little bruise in my hand so I'm going to be a ***** and make an excuse.

Cotto lost to the SAME guy Margarito lost to and Cotto had a close fight with. Don't you think STYLES MAKE FIGHTS?

Foreman ain't shit and never was. You honestly think Arum would of put him in with an active Santos? lol
