I can't see how Manny could get off against Floyd

He also paid every time he threw it.
Clottey did not everytime he threw the right hand as well, maybe around 30%. Pacquiao was much more open to try and get Clottey to open up himself.
But he was much too scared.
If Floyd wants to use those tactics then Manny will take the UD.
it sure as hell landed enough.. for someone who barely threw 300 punches the entire fight.

i dont get it, seems the same
anyway, it's harder to stay awake for a punch that comes once a century than one that is a key element in ones determined will to win rounds(thus, throwing with regularity)
floyd will throw more, keep pacquiao more alert than in the clottey fight, even if he lands more than clottey(likely), he'll be more prone to the pacquiao countersComment

Floyd's reach, balance, and use of distance should frustrate manny. Manny will land but the distance and floyd's head movement should nuetralize manny's power tto a degree.Comment

People who say Floyd stops Manny are off tangent.
Aside from Manny's great footwork, power, etc, Manny has a granite chin, and is criminally underrated at that, and I'm surprised a good number of knowledgeable posters sleep on that fact.
Floyd has a chance to drop Manny if he goes inside the pocket and draw the inside for body shots, which is Manny's achilles heel.
But only if Floyd can come close whithout being tagged by power loaded combos at blinding speed.
That alone is a puzzle team Mayweather should consider when they finally gather some balls to fight Pacquiao.
And people need to stop dreaming Floyd can drop Pac, unless he sneaks one ala Ortiz.Comment

I think to cause Mayweather trouble you have to bully him; Pacquiao won't, and can't, do that. He likes to have a bit of room to work, which plays into Floyd's hands because he's a master of placing you at the range he wants you at. I don't see Manny being able to overcome that.Comment
