After JMM II, everything clicked for Pacquiao, he got into a zone, everything synched. In 67 rounds he lost 1 round, and that was a close one, 2 judges for Cotto and 1 judge for Pac. Little guy beating big guys.

I did not watch the full fight but I did see forth round several times and some of the highlights in regular speed as well as in slow motion. I don't know why so many people keep on saying that Mayweather was picking Ortiz apart. That may be so but the things I saw was Ortiz have been successful in making Floyd miss with some of the barrage of punches Floyd were throwing. I also saw Ortiz hitting Mayweather during his last assault. He threw combinations at different angles which hit Mayweather at least 2 times on the head with power punches. And I was disappointed when he headbutted Floyd because I thought he actually had a chance to turn things around if what people were saying is true. I think Floyd knew it as well that Ortiz may have learned Floyds weakness. And I think that is the reason why Mayweather suckered punch Ortiz to end the fight.
However, I do recognize Ortiz complete breakdown due to the intentional headbutt he inflected on Floyd. For this reason, I think Ortiz was no longer willing to be aggressive with his assaults due to his state of mind of feeling remorse. I also believe that was the reason why Ortiz never put his hands up to defend himself and accepted defeat. Ortiz, in my opinion, now, is a great person. I hope they do have the rematch as Ortiz verbally requested it during the post fight interview.

      • That doesn't even sound like something pacquiao would say just Ronnie putting his own little spin on things again as usual, everybody already knows any chance you have against Floyd comes early not late.. Ortiz already had a black eye and was starting to slow down and was well on his way to getting stopped had he decided to get up from that KD which is why he choose not to.. I really think this whole Mayweather Pacquiao thing is just one big plot to make money which is why this has been all we have been talking and debating about for the last three fours years because lord knows after these guys fight and retire their will be nothing left to talk about and boxing will officially R.I.P.

        • Ortiz landed a good right hook in the fourth and I think could've touched up Floyd some more. Just enough to have one or two more moments like that en route to laying on his back.

Mayweather will go down as the most intelligent fighter of all times and being intelligent your not gonna let a man cheat you. Believe me the jab will neutralize Manny's attack and the rest will be easy. The movement will baffle his mind, the defense will leave him dumbfounded and he will not see the punches because he's use to fighting big, slow fighters that come straight at him. He's totally not use to angles but PBF will introduce him to all that and then some
Talk is cheap, need action. Prove your the best by fighting the best. Less talk, more action

By the way no one has ever been caught cheating thru blood testing. All the ones caught were thru urine tests. Just another interesting trivia.

I believer your big boy is a chicken to fight PAC
                You fkn moron.

Mayweather has not spent " the last 3 years making excuses ".

These absurd excuses were made by Pacquiao.....

Team Pacquiao's big ol' bag of ridiculous excuses.....

                1.) " I dont like needles "
2.) " taking my blood the day before the fight will weaken me "
3.) " I am too proud to take the test "
4.) " Floyd is not the commission "
5.) " taking my blood will affect my training, even 23-days from the fight "
6.) " I feel too disrespected to take the test "
7.) " he is bigger than me, so it will weaken me, more than him "
                8.) " USADA are corrupt "

The testing was NOT A PROBLEM for the clean athletes Mosley and Ortiz, and many top fighters have indicated that they would be more than happy to submit to that completely harmless testing protocol.

How the *** do you ******s find your way home at night ?

Mayweather does not throw when pressured, he doesn't like taking that risk. Don't get me wrong, he's excellent with his pot shots, and will beat anyone with those. But they don't have the power to knock anyone out. He does not like to leave himself open and so does not commit with his punches. He will also throw his combos if you just stand there. But he will not gamble and exchange toe to toe. That's the reason why Mayweather does not want to fight Pacquiao because he knows his own weaknesses will be exposed .
                  Very accurate observation bro.

well never know. i personally thought ortiz was gaining confidence. and to say nothing landed is just dumb. may most probably wouldve won on the cards but him robbing me of seeing what ortiz couldve done to him is a downer. ortiz was a uncontrollable dumbass with that headbutt and turned out to be a disaster of a finish but at the end, it wasnt boxing.

you gayweathers only see the top thing. like who's the best, who won, reading the article thinking pac is saying ortiz wouldve won. the phuck. yall are making up conclusions and not giving anything but your god the light of day. insecure phaggots. if "floyd never lost, there is no one close to him. no one can touch him. EVERYONE else is a subhuman." Like second place doesnt exist. chill with that. sounding like a fan of floyd but not boxing at all.

lol i stopped after you were trying to praise ortiz and said he landed 2 shots, yes during his last flurry he landed about 2 shots (3 if you count the headbutt) floyd landed way more in the round, 4-0 mayweather, if anyone says different they don't know squat about boxing, round 2 wasn't even close like everyone says (and ******s only say that b/c lederman scored it for ortiz) and round 3 was a blowout, floyd dominated round 4 as well, vic landed a couple good shots, about 5 of them, and mayweather landed a lot of good shots, about 20+ of them
