Who will America support when Pacquiao vs Mayweather finally happens?

Floyd has said such things as Pacquiao is stealing my fan base and that Ameicans should back him purely because he is American.

But Americans like the good guy, and Mayweather is certainly not that, that label belongs to Pacquiao.

The HBO team are backing Pacquiao, American sports giants Nike will want Pacquiao to win and even the President of the United States will be backing his fellow politician.

Pacquiao has a huge following in the States, and has charmed audience on talk shows and has many American celebrity fans.

Mayweather on the other hand alienates a lot of the American public with his attitude behaviour out and now in the ring.

Americans also appreciated such things as honour, justice, fairness and sportsmanship, things that Pacquiao exemplifies and Mayweather simply is not.

So when/if this fight happens, will America be supporting the American or the man America can be proud of?
