"He always said 150, and I respect his position, because he is a little fighter even at 150. But it's going to play to his advantage because I'll be almost ten kilos lighter in my body. "

What excuse will Floyd come up with for not fighting Martinez?

He is 36, wants to be P4P #1, Manny and Floyd are considered the top 2 P4P, and that is where the money is. His backup plan is to try and unify all the belts at 160.

Bute, Ward, Froch, etc. don't offer all of that.

Who says Martinez necessarily wouldn't although why would Floyd fight De La Hoya at 154 and not Martinez?

Exactly like I've always said: When you have a conversation about how good pacquiao really is, *******s always bring up the accolades that were bestowed by the media. They never talk about the legitimate great things he's achieved in boxing.

                  Why?

Its because when a ******* begins to discuss paquiao's accomplishments, they will be forced to discuss his first 40 fights that he padded his career with. They will be be forced to discuss his 5 vacant belts that he used to sidestep champions. They will be forced to discuss the 5th ranked fighters he's faced since 2008. They will be forced to discuss the catchweights he's used despite being able to make the 147lb limit. They will be forced to discuss the fact that he fought a banned cheater for yet another vacant belt at 154.

Its sooooo much easier to cite awards that pacquiao has recieved rather than cite milestones that he's earned in the ring.

Truth is, his milestones aren't that special because every single so-called milestone pacquiao has acheived since 2008 have been a copycat effort of another fighter right before himself.

Talk about the merits, not the certificates that pacquiao has been gifted.

No ******* can seem to do that, and when you challenge them to they get emotional and start insulting posters. Its a defense mechanism that kicks in when they realize that they are being drawn into deep waters that they cannot swim in.

No one has to insult or attack pacquiao for a ******* to show his asss. All you have to do is attempt to discuss what he's done and under what conditions he did it.

Let me leave you with this:

What will all of pacquiao's media awards mean once he gets in the ring and gets completely outclassed?

If erik morales can outbox and outclass pacquiao, you can believe that pacquiao's asss will need a sling if he ever stops the song and dance about usada, ped tests and cutoff dates and fights floyd.

And at the rate that I hear manny borrows and spends money, watch for pacquiao's little fighter of the decade plaque to be on ebay shortly.

martinez just said today he'd fight both may and pac at 150. either fight, i think sergio would be making a mistake going that low in weight, but if he feels he's capable of doing it, then there's nothing more to be said. i'd rather see him try to unify 160 then fight these two guys but hey, sergio wants to get paid, can't blame him.
