Nobody on this site has a clue who Nigel Benn or Chris Eubank are because they retired 10 years agoOriginally posted by TheEvilSaintwhy is it that ur the only person on this site who says eubank is good, or woodhall is good, or benn is good, or watson is good, or any other of these nameless bums is good?
you know them cuz u have an unhealthy obsession with these dorks.
nobody knows them cuz they arent worth remembering.
Woodhall was never a great fighter and never a big name, but he was a little better than Reid.Last edited by JUYJUY; 10-24-2005, 10:02 PM.Comment

Look dude at the end of the day Benn and Eubank were and are household names in Britain, they were and are well-known celebrities and are the legends of British boxing, like it or lump it. I don't know what your problem is, wether it's jealousy or what.Originally posted by TheEvilSaintuh, duhhhhh, maybe cuz theyve seen them fight on TV or over the web?

In the grand scheme, that's nothing that merits anything close to what would be considered greatness.

It's common knowledge that Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank were very well-known WORLD-WIDE (you know, OUTSIDE of the US). All of their fights were shown world-wide on ProBox and they were superstars.Originally posted by TheEvilSaintwere they well known world-wide (you know, the world? the area where it all counts?) i doubt it.Comment
