He hasn't lost since 1990, he won three ABA titles at different weights. He's accomplished a lot so far, and wins next year against Lacy, Woods and Tarver before retiring would throw him into the HOF and make him a true legend.

You're sugar coating, and you know it.

In the grand scheme, that's nothing that merits anything close to what would be considered greatness.

He was sheltered and didn't face one great world class fighter in or anywhere near their prime.

    He wasted his career.

    Come to accept it.

No one cares about Calzaghe, and he'll be easilly forgotten.

I'm sure he did, but it's just like the boy who cried wolf.

In the end, this is just ANOTHER example of him talking about being in a big fight that won't come off.

That's the story of his career, and as I've mentioned 3 times now, you can't say it's anyone's fault other than his own when you consider how long this type of thing has gone on for, and how many times he's failed to be involved in a world class fight.

It's just very ironic that he made comments to the effect of "I sure hope I don't sustain an injury" leading up to that farce of a fight that he had no business being involved in.

Calzaghe is horrible for boxing. he is one of the most protected fighters on the planet. he hasnt fought a live soul since he started. His opponents are people who his team has paid the mortician to prop up in the ring because they can no longer stand up by themselves, and his whole career is him simply stating would have, could have, should have but my injury or my left hand or they wont fight in wales. He is one of the biggest waste of a boxing career in the history of boxing. Why not just quit and let someone who wants to actually fight somebody win the title?

Richie Woodhall was better than Robin Reid he did good with Jones Jr at the 88 Olympics, came close to stopping Holmes with a dislocated shoulder, robbed against Beyer.. Richie had a tight defence and quick hands but never really learned to plant his feet.

why is it that ur the only person on this site who says eubank is good, or woodhall is good, or benn is good, or watson is good, or any other of these nameless bums is good?

you know them cuz u have an unhealthy obsession with these dorks.

nobody knows them cuz they arent worth remembering.
