Well record one and watch the other :-)

        ,

I know, this is one of the fights I been looking forward the most. Out of all the PPV's this year. This is the one PPV that I was really excited for.

But, not only will showtime have Mares-Agbeko, which is a damn good fight. But, they got my boy Moreno fighting Darchinyan.

If it was just Mares-Agbeko, I would easily go with Cotto-Marg. But, the addition of Moreno makes this very debatable for me.

We will probably get both for free in the UK.

Cotto-Margarito 2 on Sky Sports and Agbeko-Mares 2 on Premier Sports.

So I will watch Cotto-Margarito and record Agbeko-Mares and watch is straight after without seeing the result

That's what i'm gonna do! No need to trip when DVR's are in every household! The only issue im having is that the Mares fight is gonna be 10mins away from where I live.

Moreno is fighting Darchinyan?? Since when????

Moreno is one of my favourite fighters also at the moment but I think its worth recording for Marg-Cotto.

I don't really care for the fighters at all and they are both on the slide but I will definitely be watching that live. No question.

                Mares doesn't deserve this.

GBP also put Mares-Perez on the same night as Khan-Maidana.

Mares is a young up and coming fighter. He needs all the attention he can get.

I hope Agbeko knochs Mares out though.

It sucks for the 'real' fans, but it won't affect the Cotto PPV.

I'll be watching Cotto-Marg live @ MSG so I guess I'll be downloading the Showtime fights in the morning

                      From Steve Kim :

As Antonio Margarito and Miguel Cotto engage in their return bout at Madison Square Garden in New York on December 3rd on HBO Pay-Per-View, it looks like another rematch will be taking place on Showtime 3,000 miles away. Apparently, Abner Mares and Joseph Agbeko will box once again for the IBF bantamweight title, along with WBA bantamweight beltholder Anselmo Moreno facing Vic Darchinyan at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

                      Geez, not this again.

"In an ideal world, I don’t think anyone’s going to say it’s good to go head-to-head," said Schaefer, who said Showtime simply had no other available dates this late in the year. "I mean, what could be good about it? But sometimes you have no other choice. I think Mares and Agbeko is a much anticipated and much talked-about rematch, which just recently happened. A lot of controversies there and you could say the same with Cotto and Margarito. I don’t want to knock the fight. We are happy with our fight. It’s an action-packed fight card and I think it will do very well. It will do very well for Showtime and it will do very well at the gate."
