    Team Ortiz Speaks On Incident

    From LA Times writer Twitter

@VICIOUSortiz manager Rolando Arellano says review will not cause him to appeal knockout loss to @FloydMayweather. #boxing Arellano says @FloydMayweather exhibited poor sportsmanship, but added Ortiz was "too nice" after his head butt in letting down guard. Arellano says @FloydMayweather has 30 days to express interest in rematch, otherwise focus will be on rematch with @AndreBerto. #boxing If PPV numbers strong, Arellano believes @FloydMayweather could opt for rematch rather than go down @MannyPacquiao road again. #boxing

    Berto rematch sounds dope.

Rematch or Pac? He'll take the rematch.

I wouldn't be against an rematch in the future, but Ortiz should go get that title from Berto, and maybe have one more fight. I would love to see Mayweather fight Pacquiao, then Khan, then Ortiz, and then retire for good.

Floyd has a lot more options than just a Ortiz rematch and Pacquiao for 2012.

He has Amir Khan, Marcos Maidana, Saul Alvarez, Robert Guerrero when he heals. I'm just being realistic here, anything can happen, this is Floyd Mayweather Jr we're talking about. He can go from taking on a good challenge like Ortiz, to picking Marcos Maidana to "beat the man who made Ortiz quit" and promote the fight as that. The most unlikely one's are Guerrero and Canelo for now.

So in conclusion, my predictions for Mayweather's next opponent are as follows, in order:

                1. Ortiz Rematch
                2. Manny Pacquiao
                3. Amir Khan
                4. Marcos Maidana

Just to get some easy wins/easy money/pad his record:

                Saul Alvarez
                Robert Guerrero

im sorry but i have 0 sympathy for victor !!!!! he tried the leaping head but earlier in the fight and hit mayfeather with a rabbit punch on the back of the head !!!!!!! victors own actions and the repeted fouls caused this !!! those are deliberate sucker moves !!! i wouldnt feel sorry if abner mares was knocked out by a retalitory punch after he contined to low blow /foul opponent and i wont feel sorry for that bone head victor !!!!!!!!! and the worst part is he was making a decent comback on floyd that had mayfeather looking old !!!!!

Rematch is the best choice right now, not because Ortiz is easier money, it's because of the controversy the fight ended with. That ending definitely calls for a rematch.

But a Pacquiao fight would obviously be a lot better.

Casuals actually saying if the fight continued, Ortiz would have won. So this fight would probably do more PPV buys the second time around, just because of the controversy surrounding the first one.
