Comments Thread For: Sergio Martinez: I'll Fight Pacquiao, at 150, in 2012

Bad idea for Martinez.
I mean he doesn't use the full 160 pound limit, but going down to 150 is just too much.
Pacquiao is already a true welterweight, like people say.
He's only small when it benefits him to be small, for instance for Sergio he's too small.
Biggest fraud of a boxer right now, Manny Pacquiao the catchweight king.Comment

Sergio is a very intelligent athlete. Im sure he's been consulting with specialist about how to go down in weight properly so Im confident if he says he can do it he can. I think it's a great move for boxing because we would get to the bottom of who truly is P4P the best. Right now it's Floyd!!!!!!!!Comment

"I will fight him; I am not afraid of Martinez. I will fight him, but we must meet at a catchweight around 150 (lbs). This would be a very good fight, but I have to protect myself too. I cannot gain too much weight for this and my opponent cannot be too big for me either."

Don't think so. After suckerpunchgate, no one will buy Floyd's ppvs anymore unless he fights pacquiao or maybe sergio.Comment

EXACTLY now let's see if he'll keep his word. According to Arum it'll be Bradley next who has never did anything significant @ 147.Comment
